Apple Block Circulation of Galaxy S III in the U.S.

Samsung has just launched its new Galaxy series, Samsung Galaxy S 3. But the presence of Galaxy S 3 is back in the obstacles from rivals Samsung, Apple.

Apple is reportedly trying to block the circulation of Samsung Galaxy S 3. How, by filing the same with Apple filed a lawsuit against Samsung ever before: on the grounds of patent infringement.

IPhone manufacturer Samsung is accused commits an offense, at least on two patents owned by Apple. Citing Mashable pages, patent infringement does is data-tapping and search technologies are integrated (unified search technologies) owned by Apple.

Apple claims, "it is clear that violations can be seen with respect to the patent was based on existing patent records".

But Samsung has denied, and said not to use the technology used by Apple. "Samsung believes Apple demand is groundless," said Samsung spokesman told the Los Angeles Times. "We will continue to fight and show the court that the Galaxy S 3 is an innovative and different product," said a spokesman for Samsung.

Samsung Galaxy S 3 is indeed a new entry in the markets of Europe and Asia, and has not been to the North American region. Although there are not long lines, but sales of Galaxy S 3 was a success, because Samsung applying pre-order sales.

It is not known for certain sales of Samsung Galaxy S 3. But, citing the BBC, a number of providers such as Vodafone said the Galaxy S 3 has broken sales records.

Samsung itself insists it will launch the Galaxy S 3 in the U.S. as planned, the response June 21. While Apple released the new iPhone is rumored to be ready before the year changed.
