Apple introduces new MacBook line of laptops on the first day of the WorldWide Developer Conference (WWDC) 2012 which took place in SanFrancisco, dated June 11 local time.

In addition to the MacBook Pro with Retina Display, there are four other new models from the series MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. These five MacBook laptops using Intel processors Corei Third Generation, also known by the code name "Ivy Bridge". Here is the full list, as reported by The Next Web.

MacBook Air

Two new series of MacBook Air is equipped with a data storage media up to 512 GB SSD. Graphics processing unit claimed to be 60% faster than previous MacBook Air. There is also a USB 3.0 port on the left and right. Two new models from this series are:

     MacBook Air 11-inch (1366x768). Provides a choice of processor speed 1.7 GHz-2.0 GHz, RAM from 4GB to 8 GB, and up to 256 GB SSD. prices start from U.S. $ 999.

     MacBook Air 13-inch (1440x900). Provides a choice of 1.8-2.0 GHz processor speed, RAM from 4GB to 8 GB, and up to 512 GB SSD. The price starts from U.S. $ 1199.

MacBook Pro

Two models have a new MacBook Pro unibody form factor similar to its predecessor, but has more actual hardware, including USB 3.0 port and Thunderbolt. 2.4 cm thick, weighing about 2 pounds for models 13 inches and about 2.5 kg to 15-inch models.

Unlike the MacBook Pro with Retina Display, two models of MacBook pro is still below the optical drive is equipped with a DVD / CD-RW combo drive:

     MacBook Pro 13-inch (1280x800). Provides a choice of Core i5 processors 2.5 GHz or Core i7 2.9 GHz, RAM 4 or 8 GB, and hard disk capacity of 500 or 750 GB. prices start from 1199 and 1499 U.S. dollars.

     MacBook Pro 15-inch (1440x900 or 1680x1050 resolution). Provides a choice of Core i7 processor speed 2.3, 2.6, or 2.7 GHz, RAM 4, 8, or 16 GB hard disk capacity of 500 GB or 750 GB, and graphics processors NVIDIA GeForce GT 650m with 512MB of video memory or 1 GB. Prices start from 1799 and 2199 U.S. dollars.

MacBook Pro with Retina Display

This is the top series of Apple's MacBook line. As the name suggests, the MacBook Pro "Next-Generation" has Retina Display 15.4-inch screen with 2880x1800 resolution. The shape is thinner than the MacBook Pro the other with a thickness of only 1.8 cm and weighs less than 2 kg.

Apple's flagship laptop battery on this claim can last for 7 hours. Starting price is 2199 U.S. dollars.

All the above products can be ordered today from the Apple Store online store. 17-inch MacBook Pro has no successor because Apple decided to stop the sailing of the line laptop.
